Can I bring my family to the appointment?
Yes, we welcome family to join you for your ultrasound appointment to
share in this special experience. To ensure a comfortable and focused
environment, we kindly request that each appointment be limited to the
expecting parent and up to four(4) additional guests. This allows us to
maintain a calm and intimate setting, ensuring that everyone can fully
enjoy and participate in this memorable moment.
Do I need a note or prescription for this ultrasound?
While we do recommend that all clients undergo a diagnostic ultrasound as ordered by their physician, no doctor's prescription is required for our ultrasounds, as our
services are non-diagnostic and solely for entertainment purposes.
Who will perform these ultrasounds?
All our scans are conducted by a skilled technologist, who is a registered
diagnostic medical sonographer with RDMS and CRGS certifications,
bringing over a decade of Canadian expertise to each session.
Does Baby Steps 5D Imagining use the latest and safest technology?
Our studio proudly utilizes a cutting-edge Samsung ultrasound machine for
our 3D/4D/5D Ultrasound services. These machines are renowned for their state-of-the-art 5D
obstetric imaging, which offers exceptional clarity for face imaging and
diagnostics.
Will I be guaranteed a clear picture of my baby's face?
We strive to capture a clear view of your baby's face during the
ultrasound session. However, achieving this may be influenced by factors
such as the baby's position, the amount of amniotic fluid, the location
of the placenta, and other maternal variables. Rest assured, even if we
are unable to capture a clear view of the face, there will surely be other
wonderful images of your baby that we can provide.
Will I be charged extra if I am having twins?
Rest assured, there are no additional charges for expecting twins!
However, please note that your appointment duration will be extended to
accommodate the extra time needed for imaging both babies.
